Vinyasa: Breath in Motion
What is Vinyasa?
Vinyasa is a modern style rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition, which itself traces to the teachings of Sri Krishnamacharya.
In Vinyasa, the breath leads the movement; each transition between poses is synchronized with the breath to cultivate concentration and body awareness.
Our course emphasizes rhythm, heat, and alignment, as the spine re-centers between sequences. We fuse traditional practice with contemporary science to serve the needs of today’s practitioners.
